I just downloaded the resource editor yesterday. I couldn't help but notice that I was able to see all sorts of things that were compressed into the .exe file. Is your idea of compressing the pictures into the exe going to work if we can just open the file in the resource editor?

Yes. That Rune fellow did the the same to his mod and the compressed stuff is inaccessible with the resource editor.

You got the expression wrong...
They aren't "compressed" into the exe, they have just putten into the exe ;)

Well the resource hacker informed me that the Original Sin mod had been compressed with an "exe compressor."
I think putting stuff into the exe is more like what Pixel did with some of his pictures.
