Profile Feed Spam

yo so i think there should be a rule against spamming in the profile feed. i know a few members don't even know how to view profile feed or care, but some of us actually enjoy looking at it and stalking peoples messages. it's not as important as forum spam but it's still rather annoying and immature, and another example of people going too far with their inside jokes, when it prolly should be in private.

idk that's my complaint for the month.

Exactly how long was he tempbanned for? And I will also admit that I too am guilty of stalking the profile feed. It can be quite intriguing.

Stalking's in a completely different wagon than spamming, mainly because it has less negative effect on the user it's directed at in the former case and isn't well, nearly as annoying.

Honestly I don't think the whole thing is that big a deal, since afaik it rarely happens
and yeah i promise i'm not sending 5000 messages again, and sorry, i forgot about it interfering with the profile feed

 

I believe this topic has made it harder for us not to constantly check other user's profile statuses...

 

I do quite enjoy stalking people's statuses. It would be nice to have it not be spammed. But I don't think it's necessary to have a specific rule against it, it pretty much goes without saying.
also if the comments i made on a status qualify as profile feed spam i am horribly sorry for being a huge hypocrite but not really.

 

I agree. But Door's post...guess that counts as spam. Just stalking people doesn't really count as spamming.
