pmd (piyopiyo) editor?

Does anyone know if there's an editor out there for Pixel's *.pmd music format (the one used in Ikachan)? I know there's PiyoPiyoPlayer but that only plays *.pmd files, it doesn't allow you to create/edit them.

well there is one, no question bout that chezeh, but i dunno if its been released to el publico a el momento.

Yeah I found that one once.
I think there's an option to clear everything off it so I guess you could just copy one, clear it and edit over that.
I'd say Pxtone is better if you wanna create your own sounds to make music with.
