I guess I have arachnophobia and entomophobia. Well, it's almost a combination with claustrophobia. When outside, or in a large room, they don't really bother me, as long as they aren't touching me. It's times like when I'm in a car that I flip out. I was in the passenger seat of a car, and a spider was on the rear-view mirror. I sat there completely still for 15 minutes, staring at it. And I was not going to tell anyone else in the car, because I was worried they'd hit it to try to kill it, and they'd end up just knocking it off onto me, in which case I'd freak out. Also, I can't sleep in a room where I've seen multiple bugs; I'm too worried they'll crawl into my mouth while I sleep.
Oh, and I never kill bugs or spiders when I see them. I don't like my hand being that close to them, in case they don't die, but instead go into an offensive last stand, so to speak, and charge up my arm.
EDIT: I don't consider this a phobia really, but ever since I broke my arm really badly, I cannot look at videos of people doing dangerous things, like jumping two dozen stairs on a skateboard, whether they make it or not. It's too much of a gut-wrenching reminder.
