Seems like a nice idea. One addendum following Iji's (there's a youtube trailer) rules would be:
You are allowed to kill robots, turrets and other non-lifeform enemies without it counting as a kill. (Are there any, by the way? Um...)
You are allowed at hurting enemies as long as they don't die.
And shooting the ghosts in Outer Wall and the Dragon Zombies in Egg Corridor? should be allowed, since they are technically already dead.
Oh, and you have to avoid all the avoidable boss battles as well (Sisters, um... not that I think you'd use that missile expansion if going pacifist)
