I actually have an extremely vivid memory from 1995.

Edit: Also, haven't we already had this like exact same conversation?

Yes. And it was probably WoodenRat who brought up 9/11 then, too.

I don't want to get too off-topic, but whatever.
9/11 was a tragedy, but face it, it happened ten years ago. In my opinion, we don't need to cry about the past. We should focus on the present.
I say this because the rest of my family mourned for the entire day, and it ticked me off.
I also don't mean to provoke any flaming or aggressive arguments. This is just my opinion.

Also fab, you missed an error in your spell check post. Till isn't the short form of "until". You mean 'til.
Just checked a dictionary, I am wrong.
But it SHOULD be 'til.

I'd love to give my opinion on the subject, except since I don't remember it happening, obviously my opinion is invalid. :momo:

Maybe if you lost somebody you'd treat it differently. But yeah, let's not bring this up again. Geez WR.

I'm not very old but I still think it's weird how these kids younger than me weren't around when this stuff happened. Or the arrival of the millennium, in some cases.
Oh yeah, thanks for quoting me Shimmy :momo:

Oh, those people born in '00 (or later)? Nah, they're hopelessly immature and annoying. :momo:

I am such a hypocrite.

So says the mighty Captain.

And WD, if I had lost somebody, I might have. That being said, I've lost many relatives to cancer and others to old age, including my aunt, my grandfather and my great grandmother. I still feel the same way.

I'm degrading everything Fab stands for just by continuing this discussion, but still...Yeah it's weird how fast time flies.

and We were talking about how Cave Story is 12. So that's a whole different deal. Different guy, different story.

Tl;dr: I quoted you guys, responding to how nearly the same exact conversation happened when I was 12.
