Well i've made a boss fight (not in a new map...) without original EXE and it worked!
I resized the map, i edited all the map names and real map names (theses who are in the EXE file saved) and it worked! I've done this with Igor...

Balfrog
Omega
Monster X
The Core
Iron Head
The Sisters
Undead Core
Heavy Press
and Ballos

well thats just...
Why they doesnt work?? is it real a Editor Error????? Or is it a Cave Story Error??

It's an editor error. Those bosses don't work on versions of cave story that have been modified with Sue's Workshop.
Replacing the modified EXE with the original fixes the bosses, but undoes any tileset/background/sprite set changes on your maps, and causes it to crash when attempting to load maps that weren't in the original.

So... Is there a newer version of Sue's workshop. When I played with Shining Phantoms edit game I noticed that there were alot more named sprites then when I edit my own game. If there have been updates where can I find out everything thats changed?

Named sprites are configured in npc.ini so that users can add their own as they are discovered.
