I would have liked to have it functional but I decided that would take way, way too much work.

I don't think it would take too much work to change the disp coords of npcs and whatnot, but this is awesome!
I'll give it an 8, because it wasn't completely functional, but still cool.

I'll think of one.
(also, it may take time if I go back and see what all these do first)

You could just change the display of NPCs etc, but if you went too far to the right in a map the camera wouldn't keep up and everything would disappear.

To make it truly functional I'd have to change the behaviour of all tiles (Bullet, PC, NPC), MovePC() function, MoveNPC() function, CreateNPC(), uhh, a bunch of other things probably too.
