I'm thinking of a couple of mods but I can choose which one I'd like to do... Please help!
Well, that's a good thing you're able to choose which one to do.KaminoShimobe said:I can choose which one I'd like to do...
Noxid said:why not "ninja love dungeon"
HyMyNameIsMatt said:I agree. Plus, those topics don't exactly inspire much faith. On more thought, ninja dungeon love story actually does sound more interesting than any idea posted above.

Great modders, when they have a wonderful idea for a mod, tend
to not post in this forum.
Instead of posting their ideas publicly, they first write down their ideas.
These ideas are written down as weird commands such as <TRA
and <NOD, and sometimes even weirder commands like NOP and PUSH EAX.
Suddenly, when they finally finish their idea, they don't actually
have to post the idea. They can just post a mod!
Whoa!
It is an amazing world when people start to think in TSC.
I tend to use this forum for posting ideas that simply won't work in
real life or have some major flaw that doesn't seem to be obvious.
However, lots of modders on these forums never use the ideas
subforum. The idea subforum for them is indeed the mod showcase.
This is because, when you write code long enough, you stop
thinking in regular human thoughts, and you start to think in Java.
If you want to say a sentence, you imagine the verbs as method
calls, the nouns as objects, and the punctuation as operators.
Your periods become semicolons. Your numbers become 32-bit.
Your list of things to do instantly becomes a method, and all
of a sudden you realize that your career plan is just a class file.
And once that happens, you find out that you are bottled.
Bottled tight, with no chance of escape. Your life is but a JAR
file that runs an editor known as Booster's Lab! And you wasted
so much time writing such an editor! Oh my goodness!
Well, that's that. I spend my life trying to find a good archive
manager trying to unzip the JAR file that is my life.
I am not sure about some other people on this forum though.
So yeah, I think that a few simple names for a mod
are enough. He already knows what he's going to do with
the names.
KaminoShimobe can code in JavaScript. In other words, his brain is
not made up of pictures and words. His brain works by generating
functional constructors and crazy closures that mess up every
environment diagram that you ever drew at university.
While most people tend to stick with C++ or Java, JavaScript
is actually a very powerful idea language, especially for modding
a game such as Cave Story.

Well how about the story of a ninja trying to rescue the love of his life from an evil demon who locked her up in a dungeon.KaminoShimobe said:@HiMyNameIsMatt & @Noxid If I combine them the Story Line will be very confusing.....
