how you don't get it???? i edited fresh copy of real cave story just used few things from Jacob's mod including his nemesis chest and his scripts to get the nemesis in inventory

Right nin, you gotta get this straight.

So... you get a fresh copy of Cave Story and you decide to mod it.

Then you just copy another person's mod right down to the very last pixel and call it your own because you really downloaded a fresh copy and borrowed a few ideas from another person's mod.

You should also ask permission even if you are BORROWING a few bits here and there from ANOTHER PERSON'S mod... or at least give him freaking credit.

 

A good way would be calling it a modded version of "Hell's Beckoning". Now this is confusing.

The version numbers are, in fact, different.
