Quote has guns and all Mario can do it jump, of course Quote would win, unless Mario had the giant mushroom from NSMB. If he only had a flower, then it might be even.

Neither would win. Mario would end up jumping too far past Quote to avoid him falling into hell right on top of some spikes, and Quote would get too close to a pipe thinking nothing wrong of it and end up getting eaten by a Piranha Plant.

You know that thing people do where half of their post is off-topic and half of their post is "on-topic" is a poorly veiled attempt to not break a rule.


In a poor attempt to not break a rule I ask this slightly on-topic question that I am curious about.


I know people have characters they love from video games they love, but why are some people so obsessed with pitting these characters against each other in some battle to the death? Have these people never heard of not hurting the ones you love?

Anyway, back on topic. I'd say it depends on the circumstances; if Mario had a super mushroom for NSMB, then of course he could knock Quote into next week. But if Quote had the Spur, then it'd be vice-versa.
