Make links to startling and scary content have a warning

Hi.
Im not sure about you guys, but I am not a big fan of scary content. I get scared easily.
So far on this forum site, the user Anthony had posted a link to a scary gif image, and as you would have guested, I got really shocked and scared. So My request is, unless its april fools day, all links to scary content must have a warning, whether it be a small one word description like "scary" or a 5 paragraph informational speech, I propose that all links to scary content must have a descriptive warning.

We don't need to make a rule. That falls under common decency, which is something Anthony lacks.

There is a rule though, but it's one you follow yourself
It's "Everyone on the internet is an asshole and out to get you always"
Just remember that and you'll do fine.
