Kento: The Lord of destuction

In Con Story there is a boss I am making. His name is kento. He is the god of destruction. If anyone can help me assembly hack PLEASE do so. Well here it is.

I honestly don't think body structure works that way
The fuck is up with his head
Some of it is colored in and some isn't
I'm confused on many levels
And which one is actually going to be used?
I like the 1st one but dafuq is the 2nd one supposed to be?

And to think I was watching Fellowship of the Ring earlier
