He escaped the Doctor alive and in his human form, which is what only Booster was able to do out of the other characters (Momorin was thrown off the Island, so she doesn't count, even though she survived). He got stuck in that room (no bonus points for that). He was the only one who escaped Misery's teleporting rampage. Then he got all the way through the Egg Corridor, hatched No. 00 and got off the Island by his own means. And he accomplished it while being no fighter at all. Quite a clever guy, yeah. Maybe really a prodigy.

Assuming it's absolutely true that Kazuma and Sue are Momorin's children, and taking your definition of Mr. Sakamoto, and assuming the humans in-game reproduce sexually, Mr. Sakamoto must exist. It's just that he's not in-game, because.....
