• Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

Japanese characters not displaying properly despite changing locale

Title. Computer language is set to JP, locale set to JP, region set to JP, anything that can be set to Japan has been set. DoConfig.exe works fine, but the game itself just shows garbage characters. What am I missing?

Is this in the form of mojibake, or is it placeholder characters like □ or �?
