Well he does, not intentionally though, but he's so clueless/naive about the state of the forums since he's never online. He usually just ends up pissing people off.

That's not at all what I meant. It's not the fact that he's gone that pisses people off, it's the fact that on those few occasions when he does randomly show up at the forums, he has no clue what's going on, but he still insists upon being all bossy and shit.

I don't know, even if he's sometimes misinformed, a boss still has to make decisions at times, and you can't blame him for doing his job (whenever he actually does come around).

A boss must act like a boss, with or without reason. Isn't like he can just hand over the forums to some corporation or something....

Yeah, this is so true. It applies to both warfare and forums.

The only people that get "bullied" like this are the ones that take it seriously.

I take it seriously but only once or twice, maybe even a third time, but after that, the person who thinks that it's funny may talk to him or herself, because then he/she will be on my ignore list.
