I mean, he's got no pupils and a bleedy nose.
I consider that to be outside the realm of things I'd consider normal for a face, so I find it "odd" or "unsettling" or "creepy".
But still very nicely done

He's only the most badass villain from the Final Fantasy series. {Moreso than Sephiroth, trust me}
He's from FFVI, which I believe is the best out of all the sprite ones before they moved to 3D with VII....
Typically he's generalized as the psycho clown guy who reveals in destruction of everything, but you should really get the full story here before labeling him.
Or play the game :eek:;
