If Sue was to eat a Mimiga, would that be considered cannibalism?

Weird question to ask, but I still want to know the answer. I initially considered no because Sue isn't actually a Mimiga....but at the same time she is a Mimiga. So it could go either way.

 

You can simplify this question to just 'if you transform into some other species and then eat that species is it cannibalism' and you could argue that biologically yes and mentally maybe, defenitely a yes to the unknowing victim.
Why would Sue even eat a mimiga anyway???
Honestly in my opinion this isn't really a topic that needs it's own thread and might as well just be a profile post thread at most, though that's just my opinion.
