I'll, um... save you the speech on proper posting etiquette and just answer your question.
I assume you mean embedding a Youtube video into one of your posts. As you likely noticed, on the page where you write your posts, there's a button marked 'Tube' that is styled like the Youtube logo. (This does not show when using quick reply/editing posts). When you press it, you will get
Viola, your video is embedded and you can rejoice accordingly.?wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen>
