Okay, I think the main question I should *really* be asking is probably if anyone still happens to have a copy of "ORGKutsu Manual Version" which, at one time, was uploaded on Noxid's website and was featured in this thread: https://forum.cavestory.org/threads/open-source-assembly-hacks-by-noxid.4040/
But as many people probably know by now Noxid has apparently disappeared, and from what I can tell that link contained the one hack that could actually replace samples in CS's executable... So unless anyone knows of a different way, I am on my knees begging you to re-up this somewhere, because I have now been brought to my knees trying to look myself and avoid having to make a thread on the matter.
