As the title says... Does anyone know how to do this? I'm making a mod and for convenience I need TSC files in Notepad++...

I assume you mean for stuff like highlighting and the ability to edit them? You don't 'install' (script) languages, only programs that can either read/run that language or parse it into a format the OS can read.

TSC files are encrypted and as far as I know nobody ever made a plugin in Notepad++ to decrypt and encrypt them (usually software like that is better for plaintext files anyway).

Generally speaking you're way better off using Sky Dragon Editor or Booster's Lab since those have a list of commands and the proper syntax highlighting and you should be making your mod in either anyway.

I guess there's the whole scriptsource thing (That I'm not very sure about myself since I do not use it) but again: No syntax highlighting, no nifty cheat sheet or the editor showing you what some values mean.

Also for clarity TSC is something Pixel made up for his games. It's not particularily some open format that is widely used and therefore supported.
