1. Download Resource Hacker.

2. Create your organya music.

3. Open Resource Hacker.

4. Open the mod's *.exe file in Resource Hacker.

5. Expand the folder called "ORG"

6. Expand the folder corresponding to the song you wish to replace.

List of what folders correspond to what songs.
Access -- Access
Anzen -- Safety
Balcony -- Balcony
Ballos -- Seal chamber
Bdown -- Break Down
Cemetery -- Graveyard
Curly -- Cave Story
Dr -- Tyrant
Ending -- The Way Back Home
Escape -- Run!
Fanfale1 -- Got item
Fanfale2 -- Life capsule
Fanfale3 -- Victory
Fireeye -- Eyes of Flame
Gameover -- Death
Ginsuke -- Balrog's Theme
Grand -- Geothermal
Gravity -- Gravity
Hell -- Running Hell
Ironh -- Oppression
Jenka -- Jenka 1
Jenka2 -- Jenka 2
Kodou -- Pulse
Lastbt3 -- Final Battle
Lastbtl -- Charge
Lastcave -- Final Cave
Marine -- Living Waterway
Maze -- Labyrinth Fight
Mdown2 -- Meltdown 2
Mura -- Mimiga Village
Oside -- Moonsong
Plant -- Plant
Quiet -- Quiet
Requiem -- Hero's End
Toroko -- Toroko's Theme
Vivi -- Gestation
Wanpak2 -- Scorching Back
Wanpaku -- Mischievous Robot
Weed -- On To Grasstown
White -- King's Theme
Xxxx -- Silence
Zonbie -- Zombie

7. Click on the "1041" that appears to select it, then right click on it and select "Replace Resource".

8. Click "Open file with new resource" and select the *.org file that you want to import.

9. Type "ORG" into Resource Type.

10. Type the name of the song exactly as it appears in the list of folders into Resource Name.

11. Leave Resource Language blank.

12. Click OK.

13. Repeat steps 6-12 for all of the songs you wish to import.

14. Save and quit.

Note that Sue's Workshop is incompatible with mods that have custom music.

Also, the Cave Story engine automatically assigns the following voices to the percussion tracks regardless of how you assigned them:

8 - Bass01
9 - Snare01
10 - HiClose
11 - HiOpen
12 - Tom01
13 - Something that sounds vaguely similar to Per01 (rarely used)

Tracks 14 and 15 must be completely blank or the game will crash.

No problem.

Also, this thread should maybe be stickied and renamed to "How to put custom organya music into a mod" (maybe moved to either the music subforum or the hacking/modding subforum as well).

Actually I always make the resource language 1041, since that's what it is for the other orgs (I think, always worked for me)

That's only for silly Sue's Workshop Users to worry about, because of the silly way Sue's Workshop stores it's map data. Someone should make a patch for SW, so that it can be resource compatible.

Well, I always leave resource language blank, and it works fine, so I guess it doesn't really matter.

Err, I've been adding music as I've gone along...
CE isn't gonna suddenly explode in my face, will it?

Was it the old CE? Because I've used CE for a long time (even the old CE) and it never blew up in my face. I'll need to see documentation on the specific causes of the program (or proof that this happened) for me to even begin to believe that this is true. (And you had nothing in tracks 14&15 right?).

I don't believe you :) please show some proof.

CE could never do ANYTHING WRONG (at least now that's more true now since it's been updated).

ce always blows up in my face.

I really don't get why, either.
I'll give you documentation if it happens again (which it won't since I don't, like, usece)
