Just take me seriously for just this once.

After beating hell, I still wanted some more.

And then I thought "why not have a Hell Mod Contest?"

So here's how it goes:

You will makee a hell mod and upload it to the internet. (please don't make it a win32 application. or win anything for that matter)

People play the mods and decide which ones they like the best.

The contest ends when nobody wishes to participate anymore.

You can make as many mods as you want.

Go crazy, get creative, make it hard, make it filled with traps, make a bullet hell, make a combination of anything and more!

I wait for your submissions and yes, I am serious about his contest.

EDIT BY DT: Yes, the mod does actually have to be hell-themed, although new sprites/tilesets/characters are presumably welcome. The list of mods will follow once they start turning up.

My first thought when I read that post was "no, I'm the epitome of laziness!" which is ironic seeing as how I'm the only member of these forums with a completed non-trivial CS mod...

Hmhmhm...

Does the mod have to be of Cave Story?
As in, would a mod of another game that re-created Cave Story's Sacred Grounds be acceptable?
{Because I've already got part of that finished}

Just had a thought. Provided anyone does actually participate in this please keep all hell mods in this thread for the time being. I will update Whyme's first post with links to the individual posts for each mod, unless he wants to do it himself.
