Ah, 2008... One very bad thing is set to potentially happen in 2008. I just wish it weren't more likely purely because I'm constantly thinking and talking about it.

On the 22nd of December, a friend of mine said they were often disturbed by the odd ability of being able to look at a couple and say exactly how much longer their relationship will last and be completely accurate without having any reason at all to be.

Interested, I asked him how much longer I had. In any relationship, with anyone. He told me he didn't think it would work, but tried anyway. It worked, oddly, exactly same as always.

The time he came up with? "EXACTLY five years from now". That's how long I have to get into a serious life-long relationship, if only for it to end. It was about 2 am at the time. Five years from December of 2007 would be...

Oh my.

Happy New Year, and many more to come~... This year is only the beginning of strange and beautiful changes, I'm sure.
