Saw a PUBG thread, so my first incentive was to make a Fortnite thread.

Trust me, I freaking suck at Fortnite. I was building a fort at the start of the game, then some dude out of nowhere just came into my fort and shot me down. I literally had several guns, and I could've killed them, but I'm such a retard when it comes with aiming. Especially with my PS4 controller. Man, I should really hook up one of the several keyboards and mice I have lying around to my PS4.

Oh, one time I even ranked 4th by avoiding everyone on my friend's console and account, but I ended up being killed by the storm, right as I was jumping out. Talk about extreme luck and unluckiness.

you probably already know this but there's a button that helps you aim better when you hold it

my strategy on winning matches is to stalk around roads and popular areas and get the jump on people when they least expect it and spam a pistol or one of the assault rifles/shotguns. i've only won about 2 matches in solo but I usually get to the top 10 this way.

 

If you're gonna fight with a machine gun I suggest you repeatedly tap aim if you're using console. Console's aim assist automatically snaps to targets when your crosshair is within reasonable range. By continually tapping down sights, aim assist will snap to your target each time, assuming your crosshair is close enough, you're practically aimbotting them. It's a little broken to be honest.

Also, seriously consider builder pro.

I use combat pro and I do fine. Other times i just use keyboard, mouse, & Knuckles.
