favorite part of the game

My favorite part was probably after you beat the core the first time, and Curly sacrifices herself for you, but you are able to save her. It really is an emotional part of the game. Also is it just me, but when you get the bad ending does the music give you chills? I’m pretty sure it’s just me tho

Yeah, since I was playing yesterday I just decided to save then do the bad ending then restart just so I could hear the music. I could’ve just looked it up but it’s better to experience

 

Waterway, every Balrog boss fight (he's hilarious) and Balcony
EDIT: Toroko's and King's death, that made me sad

 

I actually laughed so hard after Curly said that Balrog could help them lift the bolder and everything went quiet

It is Doukutsu Monogatari, With the "Dou" and "Mono" switched. Also that's "Cave Story" in phonetic Japanese.

Phonetic Japanese is like Japanese but with Latin characters instead of kanji

probably because i've been testing that area with the music and i've probably heard it for about 28 hours

I was downloading jenka’s nightmare earlier, and that game with the soundtrack so I listened to that for a while

I really like the Outer Wall, as well as the Water Way, also the Layberynth.
Also the Balcony, and both the caves that lead there.
The Egg Corridor(Both times) is a personal favorite.
Grasstown/Bushlands is awesome in every way, also the Sand Zone.
Plantation: ILOVEITILOVEITOOHHOWILOVEIT
The Sacred Grounds is great, in it's challenging yet easy platforming.
Also, the First Cave is great, music, spur, and all
Mimiga Village(In both forms) is awesome
The Cemetary is cool.
