The Doctor's Boss room.
I have fond memories of modding this room and the boss fight.
In fact, I think you can still find a broken version of the boss fight in the files for my mod The KingDinner Chronicles.
It was funny to me at least.

The most fond memories from when I first discovered Cave Story in the Wii demo.
