On my travels, I've met Balrog on several planets, even the Moraptions' homeworld! {Tribal era}
The game might be able to use them for the last two eras, since they're done evolving....
But, on the actual home planet, they're still in tribal mode...
And hard mode's KILLER >.<"
I had two tribes gang me, and just as I fought them off, a third attacked...
I only had two tribe members left....

It's not that hard. Maybe you're just not all that good at Spore?

Yeah. Check my achievements.

Also, the point is you need to get the green card to get the "fireworks" power. It instantly turns a tribe into an ally. Also one gift instantly brings any tribe up to normal towards you, and you won't get attacked while sending a gift. If the attacking tribes are near, you won't have to go back home to get ANOTHER gift.

 

Just kill everything that moves.
That works very well... in any stage.
