I know it's a stretch, but if it does, I could use it to make Orgs on Android through a 95 emulator.

Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

Even if it ran on windows 95, I think you'd suffer some serious performance issues trying to run it on an emulation of an obsolete operating system. Or so I'd guess, anyways.

I know orgmaker 2 works on windows 98 SE just fine.

You can just about guarantee that 1.3.4 would work in 95, but 2.1.0 is something you must try for yourself.
