There's no single event that does this in one fell swoop, but you can do this action easily with two events. In the first event, use a <FLJ command to jump to the second event if the right flag is set. In the second event, use the <CMP command to remove the tile.

Does that help enough, or would you like me to post a specific example?

There is a Flag.txt in the FTP. It lists all the flags there.
