It's not dead.
It is fairly empty and inactive during the morning and night, but usually there's chatting around evening/night.

Jake got fed up with us all, and I'm pretty sure he was the only always idler.
Anyways, it's pretty easy to round up a crowd. I got, like, seven people on last night and then randomly had to leave. What's really stupid is that the creation of this topic is in turn causing less people to go on irc. People don't want to go if they think there'll be noone there. Irony, eh?
If you really want to fix this topic, I would suggest that you firstly idle on the channel whenever you're on the forums and secondly let the topic rest.
Also DT, I've been trying to talk at you, but, uh, you live in australia.

From now on, I shall be in the IRC whenever possible. Chances are I'm at my computer when idling, since it goes to sleep after 10 minutes of inactivity. I recommend everyone else hang out there, too. It's not much trouble.

I have found myself occupied with other stuff during the night time, among other reasons. So for the most part I'm out. But who knows.
