I've worked with the iron on shirt prints before too. They can be pretty tricky to get right, and are somewhat fragile, but if you do it just right, then they can hold up pretty well.

The printing websites would be a much better option for a more durable shirt (I think). I think I know of one that is somewhat good, but I'll have to check my email archives for it. I'll edit it in later.
