CS Fan Species

There is some of my homemade races of the island...

Okens: Cat peoples that live around Silvermoon, an open sky underground city. They worship the god Lunaris(The reason why they have a city like this). They have a hero named Siegfried, the Demon Slayer, who defeated Ragnarok, the Demon Overlord and sealed him away. They are by a king or a queen. They are quite open-minded toward other species, Some of them sacrified their lives for helping the mimigas in the 10 years war and many innocent citizen died at hand of the robots. They are taller than mimigas, but not as tall as humans.

Odomoks: Lizardfolks that work in the mines. They are ruled by a king. All they do most of the time is smithing, mining and engineer. They are taller than humans, something like a human and half. In the past, they were enslaved by Annachponae to find the Tiamatium to make a powerful weapon, when his reign ended they were finally free.

Draconians: Elves magicians who inherit dragon blood. They ruled by an Archmage. They invented a kind of technology powered by crystallized magic energy, which Halda wanted to get the technology by force, but he failed and his body was destroyed by an Archmage. They have 7 sub-species: Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, Holy, Dark(They are not evil) and Ancient(Who have 8 of them alive). There are legends that a group of draconian made created an island called Eternia, which is scattered in 7 parts and some believe that the island is part of Eternia. Their race is older than the island itself and could be the origin...

(I'm feeling a little nervous about how you would react after reading this)

 

They don't involve the Cave Story universe at all, these could apply to anything.

 

Sounds like good mod material to me. You ever thought about making one?

 

These are some cool ideas; I like them. Though as thecrown said, there's nothing inherently Cave Story specific about them...

Well, I thought about making a mod about it, but.... I already know that I'll fail at mod editor.

I edited it, Also I'm terribly lame at making link with the original Cave Story and I'm so nervous about it.

 

It doesn't matter that they aren't inherently cave-story related, it's that they are cave story inspired which is the fun thing.
Yeah, they're cool. Try to flesh out the one of those cultures that interests you the most.

Also- try to tie these in with the cs world at large. Like, those mining guys - did they help dig out the inside of the island in the first place?

Also, a norse race of cats is a pretty interesting twist.
I might name my next cat siegfried now.

Akumaryuu, these are interestig concepts, but I don't see where you're going with them. It's cool that you made these races up, but, I dunno... at least make some character sheets for D&D.

Could be smaller due to coming at the camera/Pixel wants more detail/the same reason Misery can't quite decide on a height.

Monster X falls behind the tiles, Pixel doesn't randomly want more detail, Misery is cursed by the Demon Crown. This thread is about Okens and Odomoks and Draconians (oh my!), anyway.

This appears to contradict itself. It's open sky, yet underground? I don't really get that.

Aside from that, I thought they were pretty cool, and would most likely be good for a mod.

 

If LoadingReadyRun can have an orbiting underground moonbase, the Okens can have an open-sky underground city.

I'd like to know more about how these species relate to the lore of Cave Story, since right now it looks like they could be in anything from Lord of the Rings to Star Wars.
