Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.
Windows has an inbuilt feature to record any sound that passes through your sound card. Midi, org, pxtone, ogg, wma, you name it, any format an be recorded to a wav file while playing, and wav can be easily converted to mp3.
1. Go to "Volume Control"
2. Options > Properties
3. Set "Mixer Device" to whatever has Input in it (for me, it's RealtekHD Audio Input)
4. Make sure that "Stereo Mix" or its equivalent (since I heard it might be called something different) is not muted. And also mute anything else that's not Stereo Mix to avoid unnecessary sounds.
5. Google Audacity and download it if you haven't already. Also remember to make it record in Stereo and in whatever quality you want.
6. Now here's the tricky part. When you record with only Stereo Mix, Audacity will record absolutely anything that plays within your PC. Whether it be a "I'm Online!" sound from a messenger or a notification window, it will be recorded. So keep your computer completely silent, except from the ORG player.
7. After recording, use fade-out or anything you want to end the song and export it as MP3.
If that doesn't work, then I don't know what will.
