Cavestory.org Re-Design! Your opinion is needed"!

Finished the annoyingly time consuming "Game Info" section. Now the only hurdle left is the downloads section, though it is nowhere near as time consuming. Can't wait to finish it and show you guys though, which should be only a couple of days from now.

EDIT: *sigh* Seems like I will have to get some of those screens myself.

EDIT2: Not sure about a video section, I'll see how I go.

EDIT3: Did a really cool flash of the Skydragon scene. Too bad it is in the "links" section and no-one will see it. Who am I talking to anyway?

Yourself? Eh, whatever. Just dropping by to say that the design is far better than the current one, it just needs darker background color. Imagine what it would be like when jumping from site to forums or vice versa. Yes, like punch in the eyes...

Yes we will most likely move to an updated board at "www.cavestory.org/forum". We need someone to set up the forum (preferably one of the admins). We also need to get the database for this forum and hopefully fit it to the new forum's database, as well as needing a separate thread for forum update details.

Though when I am done I will most likely need somewhere to temporarily upload the site for approval, on the back of cavestory.org sounds good ("www.cavestory.org/fg2648jg234/"? *shrug*). Who do I have to contact for ftp details?

I just found a massive resource of links to Japanese fan sites. This includes,but is not limited to, image boards (both normal and.. um.. porn), an ascii art board, a site containing the entire script from the game, a rumours and theories site, faq site, and a Jenka's Nightmare fan site. I'll be adding them to the site as soon as I can.

 

Even the porn sites will be added? O_o

I'm pretty sure a website with porn would still say you have to be 18.

It will just be a link on the Links page, with a splash page that warns you about mature (or immature in Jacob's case) content.

Maybe a php-written Jacob IP filter so that he can stop looking at porn and get some decent grades.

There is only one IP address that matches another user, it is most likely from a school computer since they (2 of them) had only 1 or 2 posts to their names and were quite obviously different users.

This might come as a surprise, but Jacob has never made multiple accounts. That is just a rumour, and a false one at that.
