Cave story+ new linux version save game problem

hi guys i got it through HIB4 and i download the new installer and then when i took the save file it will not be used and i discover that the new update does it in diffrent way the the old version of the game so where the the save files now??

 

i got it thx for the long time waiting i dont know why its so hard to answer my simple question for any one who has same issue the save files is under .local/share/cavestory+ in your home directory

 

The game saves are indeed different for Linux.

However, the question appears to not be simply answered. It may be the case that those who have a proper answer aren't around at the moment.
