Is there a way to make the colliders around enemies, tiles and player visible?

Quick modding question/answers
You mean their hitboxes? I mean, all you pretty much gotta do is match the dimensions in the sprite and draw them. I don't know if an assembly hack or even a patch of code exists for toggling their visibility on/off, tho.
