Cave Story HD Remake Concept

Anyway, if this was remade, as in rebuilding the game from scratch, I'd love to see some smooth animation in there.

Like It has probably been said, doing this could take a very, VERY long time, and needs years and years of skill with something like C++. We COULD make another mod that remakes the entire layout of the game, but that idea has been done to death already.

But like, I guess if you were to code something like this, you would at least gain a few years of programming experience (given that it took 5 years for pixel to make Cave Story).

You don't really need years and years of skill/experience to make a game though. Granted you're more likely to write better/more readable code, but really now.

 

Yeah, and we have a whole forum of users who know how to do code anyway, so....

 

do it simple for everyone. and do everyone a favor : port cave story for mac to windows! (hint hint)
