Hey everyone happy Christmas Eve we're aware of what's happened with the source code so to keep this simple absolutely don't post it on the site or use it to make mods with (it's not particularly preferable toward this end anyway) and tread lightly in general until we see how this settles, thanks to all and have a great holiday season -DT

well anyway I sat down and played hard mode, streamed it and completed the whole game near the time CS+ was released in one day / sitting.
I never knew cave story could be so much suffering.

Huh, after seeing all of you guys speak about how much trouble you've had, I guess Hard Mode really is incredibly hard. And here I thought I was just losing my gaming skills a bit. That said, I don't think I ever want to try to beat CS+ on Hard Mode again. I didn't exactly enjoy it after dying a bazillion or so times and I had to rage quit a few times to come back to it later. Probably the roughest moment in my personal gaming history.
