You're a pretty good artist, Ralren. Although it sort of looks like the tablet/mspaint is restricting the lines to a grid or something.

In other news, I'm taking an art class this semester so at some point I may actually gain the confidence to draw something other than cheese.

True, that MS paint + tablet job is great.

Good thing too, since I can't photoshop to save my life (then again, how would I use an image editing program to save my life anyway?)

Yeah. You're right. I can't color it though. There are way too many sketchy parts that I can't make a pure color picture. In other words, I'm to lazy. Sorry.

Thank you. The reason why the lines are weird is because I didn't install the tablet's drivers.

i thought the tablet acts like a mouse only if the drivers aren't installed

That sketchy thing above is supposed to depict Santa wielding the Fireball. Critiques/suggestions welcome.

Nice. It's cool how the picture shows the mechanism of how the weapon would actually create a fireball (the front bit of the gun, I mean).

Is it possible to make requests?

Does anyone remember the forum mod that fell through? I remember coming up with some interesting ideas for that one:
http://www.cavestory.org/forums/posts/30623/

Basically I think it would be cool to have a picture of the final scene from the mod that never was.

I warn you, this is kinda dark.

The modder is a futuristic but weird cube of light and is attached to a machine maintained by DB. Andwhy (the character based on me) is either dead, dying, or going to be killed so that Marlene can use the modder (the modder only accepts one user at a time). The modder is anywhere from semi-active to fully-active depending upon my character's state. A dead catgirl lies on the floor, Marlene is transforming into the final boss, and before Marlene is the assassin Kageryushin (half in shadows) and Roonil holding a gun. Reality is distorting heavily around the modder.

The scene is set inside a large lab with dark gray walls.

I meant dark as in bleak, all hope is lost kinda thing. I didn't mean the lighting. -_-;

With that said you made Roonil look waaay too feminine.

That description confused me so much

You made the machine that helps f**k up the world, and you have robot servants (S Series) that kill people on your command. What's there not to like?

The link I posted should explain anything that the description didn't.

Please also note:
- Marlene is a shapeshifter in this story.
- The sliver thing is dropped from my original story idea, so DB doesn't become a good guy half way through.
- The modder is a device that can recreate the world. It works by forming a link to your mind while you visualise the world you want to create. Unfortunately the average Human mind cannot focus to the point required by the modder, so the modder grabs stray thoughts as well. The link continues long after the world is put in place and the change is permanent when it is broken. Only one link can exist at a time.

Hmm, I actually REALLY like andwhy's idea :D. Though we are gonna have to rethink the characters A LOT, since so many people have left/entered the forums since then.
