Can I use music?

Hey guys, it's been a while, and I'm working on a Pokemon mod. Can I use Cave Story music in it? I'd give credit to Pixel of course. Specifically, I want to replace the crappy "Surf" music with Moonsong. Thanks.

Don't really see whats wrong with that, as long as you do credit Pixel
Lots of other people have already gone ahead with it, anyways, just like any other game music. {Infact, I found out about Cave Story when looking for custom Super Mario World songs}
I've even used several songs in Super Luigi World. {SMW-ized, though, they're not quiet the same..}
