The inventory represents all the items he carries with him, not the ENTIRE contents of his pockets. Geez.

1. Items like whimsical star and the water tank are either worn or in use.
2. Dogs are on his head/shoulder/upper back.
3. Weapons are straped to his back/sides most likely or in use.
4. Small items are put into pockets.

And if I recall Mr. Little hitched a ride in Quote's pocket but I need to check it first, but it would prove that Quote does have pockets and uses them.

Where the heck does he keep that cable though?
