Battlestations

This is a thing, trust me. I've seen it on 4chan and reddit and honestly what more reason would I need to make a thread.
It's like posting your desktop, except you post a picture of your physical desk. Some gamers take pride in their setup, for example, http://imgur.com/xmEUH. So if you want to show off your dual-monitor setup with subwoofers and a Razer keyboard and a stripper or whatever, do that here. If you want to show off how incredibly fucking modest your computer desk is, do that here too. Gamers like us will be interested in your battlestation.

Back at home I had a really sweet desk. It was old and full of drawers n' shit and it weighed a ton. A desk with a dominating presence.

The left keyboard and mouse are for the laptop/monitor left and the right keyboard and mouse are for the desktop.

At university I've had to accept a slight downgrade to my situation, although I've gotten some better hardware since then.

It's because of the mouse pad, and the way the headphone outlets stick out. Mine is a Compaq Presario CQ61, which I assume is a newer model. I got it last year.

 

A cheap ol' 7$ 400 dpi mouse is enough to win a tournament at the FPS genre. I've done it. Might post a pic of my "battlestation" l8r.

 

Let's make this thread a bit more interesting (even though looking at other people's computers is interesting enough). The next person who uploads a picture on this thread must have the picture before them on their monitor.

Sorry for the image quality on the monitor. If I used a flash, most of the screen reflects the light, therefore not making Noxid's desktop visible.

 

Hahaha oh, you poor bastard. We have one of those. The RAM stopped working within a few weeks (I don't even know how that happens), and just a few months ago the hard drive bit the dust. We've replaced both of those. It's still a six-year-old computer.

@thecrown: I don't think you can use email to host images, since it probably requires permissions to open the file in the first place. Also it needs to link directly to the file (so it should end in .jpg, .gif, .png, etc).

You have every right to. Spaceships Fractals BattleSTATIONS are way cooler than a desktop within a desktop.

 

Fractals vs Spaceships would be a fairly polarizing nerd question I think.
