When I place Basil in a map, he doesn't appear, for some reason. Happened to several of my past mods, dunno the reason though. D:

Basil's horizontal position doesn't matter when making a map, since he'll just teleport to the same vertical column Quote TRA'd to when the maps loads. Perhaps your problem is that Basil is getting stuck in tiles below or above Quote? :p

Yeah try not to put any horizontal obstructions in the row Basil is in... it gets weird. It also tends to get weird if you have more than one Basil per row, not too sure about that, but better to stay on the safe side...

I already made a thread about this. What you got to do is in the trigger that loads the map and the music etc, you have to change the npc you want to the basil. Or it will appear in the wrong spot.

So you put a blank npc where you want the basil to be, and <CNP it in the first trigger.
I reccomend against having a savepoint on that map because they wont appear if you load the game from that save point.
