Any Way To Make Cave Story Not Lag Or Not So Laggy When Recording?

well i wanted to make a cave story walkthrough or minimal items run tutorial or something and when i run CS and a video recorder it lags so much its un pl;ayable any tips or recorders or anything that might help??

 

I use Cam Studio, but it isn't very good for recording sound.

Video quality is good though
