Why this doesn't work?? The fight starts, but Ma Pignon doesn't move and don't take damage (And don't cause damage)...

 

Simple, you're just not running <ANP. When you're using <BSL that's just the event that runs when the boss dies.
Just put <ANP0400:0100:0002 in the script and it'll start doing the boss fight patterns.
