3DS European eShop - can't find Cave Story DSiWare

I asked a friend from USA if he can find Cave Story when searching the 3DS eShop, and he found it no problem (and even found an info page for Cave Story 3D coming soon). When I search, I get no results. Why is that? Can anyone else tell me if they can find Cave Story using a European 3DS?

In the unlikely case that it makes a difference, I live in Israel. I mean, I know Nintendo Video blocks according to IP but I didn't think the eShop does as well.

Help?


PS. Cave Story 3D IS coming out in Europe, right? Just got a little worried since the eShop doesn't have the info page like the US one does.

 

According to this it will be released in the UK/EU, but when is unknown.

And as for CS 3d, Europe gets that on November 11, (11/11/11) 3 days after the US.
