3DS Curly Brace Waterway Question?

Alright, please bear with me here.
I'm aware there Is a "Cave story 3DS" Topic, but I'm not too sure If this fits into it only.
I've never saved Curly in any of my runs. This is my first time playing the 3DS and I was able to drain her.
When I did IronHead boss, The Tow-rope "Snapped." I suppose you could say.

Curly drifted off without Quote and now I'm puzzled. I'm not advancing anymore until I know If she's saved or not.

(I haven't saved Curly in the Freeware neither.)

Please, understand I'm new to the forums so I have no Idea which goes where.

Sorry If it doesn't (Some reason) belong here!



TL;DR Did Ironhead boss, Rope "snapped", Curly went off without Quote, Is she alive still?

then go to the graveyard and go in the door that you could not get before and back again after getting the Ma Pignon

Yep, the spoilars above are true! I guess I might as well point out that pretty much all conditions and events that happen to get every ending are the same in both the 3D version and freeware version.
