I think the infractions system sounds like a decent idea. DT doesn't really like it, from what I can recall. I think it would be good to keep track of and reprimand users for large amounts of small misdemeanors (spam posts is an example off the top of my head) rather than having to wait for one...

There are lots of programs available that can let you do this. Most of the 'free' ones watermark the footage unless you pirate it or pay for them. Common choices are Camtasia (sp?) and Hypercam2

haha, that would be so hardcore. Naw, I did it strictly in C++ with the DevC++ Compiler, and Allegro 4.4 for my Graphics library. Allegro comes with some built-in GUI functions but they're so ugly I just did mine from scratch.
