Just a little update... Apparently Misery's lightning in her battle is BLACK! And the Doctor's lightning is exactly like Ballos' lightning attack, I believe. So, that means it must be the Doctor who used that attack. Don't know why he doesn't use that attack in his battle, but oh well...
